Standard Tariff 2022

Bed & breakfast

Single room = £50.00 per night

Double/twin room = £90.00 per night

N.B. our prices are based on full occupancy in a room. We normally charge the full rate in our twin/double rooms for single occupancy, although at certain times we may be able to discount this to £60.00 for single occupancy.

Certain weekends, and especially during the summer months we are only able to take bookings for two nights minimum. Please enquire.

Evening Meals - We offer delicious 3 course evening meals for £30.00 per person, including coffee/tea and mints to finish.

All our food is homemade, including our bread that we serve with your starters

Three night breaks - Three nights Bed, Breakfast & evening meal = £210.00 per person ( at certain times during the year)

Pack Lunch: We can provide you with a sandwich or a full packed lunch, but we do require notice.

Coleridge Way Luggage Transfer - if your are walking the Coleridge way we can transfer your bags. Minimum charge £17.00

Arrivals: Normally between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Please kindly advise us if you expect to arrive later than this.

Check out time: Is at 10:30am on day of departure

Parking: We have ample off road parking for our guests in our private drive at the back of Sundial House.

Pets: We are sorry but we unable to accommodate pets. We can however, suggest Kennels etc. nearby.

Children: As we do not have a family room we are normally unable to accept small children unless your group is booking all our rooms.

Access Statement: This can be sent to you on request.

Booking Conditions : A small deposit to secure your booking is required for 1 or 2 nights stays. For longer stays and certain weekends we may require 25% of the total B&b cost. The balance is payble on departure.

Your deposit is non refundable if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. However we will  make every effort to re-let the room.

If you cancel at short notice, normally within 72 hours, do not arrive, or curtail your stay part way through you will remain liable for the full cost. You are advised to take out travel insurance to cover this.
